ResortQuest Real Estate recently announced the firm’s 2009 top producers at its annual awards meeting at the Cottage Café Restaurant in Bethany Beach.

Bill Hand of the Marketplace at Sea Colony office earned top honors for both highest listing volume and highest sales volume in 2009.

Rounding out the 2009 honors for top individual listing volume honors were: second place, Tammy Hadder and Anna Meiklejohn, of the Marketplace at Sea Colony office; and, third place, Despina Kaneles, of the Marketplace at Sea Colony office. 

Earning individual top selling volume honors for 2009 were: second place, Anne Powell and Jen Hughes, of the Bayside office; and, third place, Linda Quasney, of the Bayside office.

Team Rob Arlett of the Bethany Beach office earned top honors for the highest listing volume for teams in 2009. Team Dayna Feher of the Bethany Beach office (consisting of Dayna Feher, Kae Quillen, Tammy Hitchens and Jeff Wolfenbarger) recorded the second highest listing volume and Team Winwaik of the Marketplace at Sea Colony office (consisting of Colleen Windrow and Missy Nalewaik) posted the third highest listing volume.

Team Dayna earned top honors for the highest sales volume for teams in 2009.  Team Rob Arlett posted the second highest sales volume for 2009 and Team Winwaik recorded the third highest sales volume.

A special award was presented to Steve Alexander, of the Edgewater House at Sea Colony office, for his hard work and dedication as the 2009 President of the Sussex County Association of REALTORS®.
