ResortQuest Real Estate is proud to announce that four of its agents are recipients of Five Star Professional and Delaware Today’s Five Star awards. The award goes to real estate agents rated highest in overall satisfaction by clients, peers and industry experts. Fewer than seven percent of the 4,000 Delaware area residents holding real estate licenses were selected for the honor.
This year’s winners include Tammy Hadder, from the firm’s Marketplace at Sea Colony office; Bob Jennings, from the firm’s Bethany Beach office; Anna Meiklejohn and Colleen Windrow, each from the firm’s Marketplace at Sea Colony location as well. All four have won the award in previous years.
“We are very much honored to have four of our agents selected for this award,” said Brigit Taylor, Managing Broker of ResortQuest. “They consistently strive for excellence in customer service and making the listing and selling process as stress free as possible for our customer and clients.”
The partnership of Tammy Hadder and Anna Meiklejohn combines more than 50 years of real estate experience. Together they have participated in more than 763 sales with volume totaling more than $250 million and top producers at ResortQuest every year.
A native of Sussex County, Bob Jennings has been a licensed real estate agent since 1976 and consistently earned top producer status. Jennings specialize in the listing and sale of beach and waterfront resort condominiums, townhomes and single family homes in the Bethany Beach-Fenwick Island area, as well as real estate in the Lewes and Rehoboth Beach areas
With more than 13 years experience in resort real estate, Colleen Windrow has consistently received top producer awards since 2001. She specializes in listing and selling homes in Delaware’s amenity-filled resort communities, such as The Village at Bear Trap Dunes, Bayside and Sea Colony.
Five Star Professional conducted research to determine the real estate agents in the Delaware area who rated highest in overall satisfaction. Surveys were sent to Delaware area residents who recently purchased a home for more than $150,000 from April to December 2011. Respondents were asked to evaluate real estate agents they knew through personal experience and to evaluate them on nine criteria. Both negative and positive evaluations were included in the scoring. The research methodology allows only seven percent or fewer agents in a given market to quality for a Five Star award. A special advertising section of Delaware Today that features the 2012 Delaware Five Star Real Estate agents will be published in November.
