Hurricane Sandy

Update: Wednesday, October 31, noon:

DELAWARE STATE OF EMERGENCY & EVACUATION ORDER LIFTED

HURRICANE SANDY INFO: Hurricane Sandy's high winds, heavy rains and major storm surges caused significant coastal and bayside flooding, however there was relatively little non-flood related damage from the storm. The most significant effects of the storm were felt in the low-lying bayside areas of the region.

ALL OF OUR OFFICES ARE NOW OPEN. We reopened all of our our offices this morning at 9 a.m. We continue to inspect the communities we manage for any damage from the storm. We will accept incoming guests starting today.

This will be the final Hurricane Sandy update.
