The Bethany Bay community features 420 acres of abundant and pristine land, with more than half of which is protected for future generations to enjoy. The area is rich with ponds, birds, fish and other wildlife within protected wetlands giving it the nickname the “People Sanctuary”. Bethany Bay's ponds and the surrounding coastal waterways provide a home to ducks, geese, herons and egrets. There are endless opportunities to enjoy the local waterways.
