Steve has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1997. As rental manager from 97 to 98, Steve was responsible for all aspects of Coastal Resort’s rental program that included a majority of the homes available for rent at Sea Colony. He implemented many of the programs that the rental department utilizes today. In 2001, Steve moved into Real Estate Sales and quickly became a leader in the industry. Steve currently serves as President of the Sussex County Association of REALTORS®. Voted into this position by his peers, it is both an honor professionally and an opportunity to offer his customers a higher level of service based on his broader set of skills, constantly increasing knowledge base, and the myriad of experiences Steve has been exposed to as President. Steve obtained his Broker’s License in 2006 and earned the right to be a member of the Council of Residential Specialist (CRS) in 2009. The CRS designation is one held by less than 4% of the over 1,000,000 REALTORS® members.
