Tammy is a licensed real estate broker and has been a Realtor since 1977. She started her real estate careen in rentals and property management at Sea Colony and the surrounding Bethany Beach area and transitioned to full time sales in 1996. Tammy is one half of a successful real estate team with Anna Meiklejohn. Together they have found that this partnership enables them to give their customers the best possible service. One of them is always available 7 days a week all year. The partnership provides a nice balance between work and family time. Together Tammy and Anna have participated in more than 763 sales with volume totaling more than $210 million. Tammy is a member of the Delaware Real Estate Commission’s Education Committee and the Sussex County Association of Realtors local education committee. She believes that keeping informed on the latest trends and constant changes in the industry improves her ability to provide her customers with the most up to date information and the best possible service. She also enjoys helping with the annual Realtor Auction hosted by the Sussex County Association of Realtors to benefit the SCAOR Community Service Foundation. Each year this auction raises thousands of dollars to benefit the needy children of the county. Tammy lives in Milton with her husband, George, two sons, George Jr. and Jeremy, and their chocolate lab, Gander. She loves spending her free time reading, sewing, gardening, and relaxing on the beach.
